One way to more easily verify an email is valid, it to vary the email address you use when registering on the site. Gmail has a little feature that makes this quick and easy.

In short - you can add additional text after your email username using the + (plus) character. All emails will still be delivered, but you can now filter based on the email address used.

Say I have bob@example.com, and I use Coinbase for my crypto. Since bob@example.com could easily be associated with me, I register bob+coinbase@example.com with Coinbase. Now all Coinbase emails should be sent to bob+coinbase@example.com - and I can spot check that when an email comes in.
