Any Graflr user may choose to delete their account information at any time using the Profile > Settings Cog > Delete Account option.
In short - Other Graflr users with existing NFT's will still be able to view their NFTs in the crypto wallets, but any collectible or autograph that has not been made into and NFT will no longer be able to mint after the creator's account has been deleted.
What information can be deleted?
Uploaded media this includes:
Profile photos
Collectible media uploaded
Autographs drawn
User Autograph Settings (device and cloud)
User Collectible Settings (device and cloud)
User Application Settings (device and cloud)
Associated crypto wallet applications and wallet addresses. (NOTE: Graflr never requests nor manages any wallet private keys.)
User Credential Tokens (only exists on device)
What information cannot be deleted?
Autograph Images taken by fans using their own mobile devices. (These are not stored on any Graflr server.)
NFT's created prior to deletion request. This includes the media, and metadata that makes up the NFT.
Profile photos, collectibles and autograph images cached on other Graflr user devices.
Audit record when the deletion event occurred and the corresponding UUID.
Personal information that has been already shared with third party artists per the Graflr Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
When is this deleted?
The deletion is performed immediately on the production cloud and on the user's local device.
Our cloud providers have their own SLAs on the eventual removal of the data from any backups etc. This is usually within 30 days.
Profile pictures, collectibles and autograph images cached on other Graflr user phones will age out within a year.
