Graflr leverages the skills of our partners to deliver our service, by means of making API calls from your phone to the cloud. In most cases, you can simply try the action again at a later time. (Graflr may be a bit too touchy when it hits an error.)
Things to check on your end

Check the Graflr app has permissions to use your wifi/cellular data.
